Training Wheels No More

On our way back from the beach Ann Charlotte got in her head that she was ready to ride her bike sans training wheels.  So, before we unloaded the car we took off the training wheels for her to try.  And try she did indeed.  She practiced, and practiced and practiced and in less than a week she was riding around the block!  They are growing SO fast!

Bittersweet...we are moving

We have LOVED our home!  We have spent over 6 years of our life in this home-brought home both kids and made so many memories here!  I pray that our new home will feel just as perfect as this home has.  We are only moving .5 miles away-just more space!

Old Friends, New Babies

We all had babies within a few months!  Chi O's together at UT and we got the new boys together for dinner!  The older siblings had fun too!

Easter 2013

A little behind but better late than never!  We had a great Easter!  Celebrations were many!  Egg hunts for the kids, egg hunts for the adults (oh yes) and spending time with our family made for the perfect Easter season.  He is risen!

BIRD BIRD BIRD

Most babies first obsessions are trucks, balls or dogs.  Not Hooper, he is obsessed with looking for birds!  He wakes up and wants to go to the windows to spot birds.  When we are riding in the car he looks for birds.  Tonight, when we were reading a book he wanted to find the birds.  This weekend Cat (my Dad) and Clint said that they can't wait to take him hunting (in several years of course)!  Maybe I should turn on Duck Dynasty instead of Mickey Mouse tomorrow morning.

Sissy was hunting Easter eggs and Hoop was hunting, you guessed it, birds ;)

Spring Break 2013

The first day it was freezing so we went fishing. 

The second day it was windy so we flew a kite.  I have never flown a kite. I think I was as excited as Ann Charlotte!
